Carla J. Tate, QPA, QKA
Carla is a native Oregonian who earned her Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics at Willamette University and has over 36 years of experience in the pension industry. Her specialties and areas of interest include defined contribution administration (cross-testing and 401(k) plans), small plan defined benefit administration, consulting and plan design.
Carla enjoys working with a team of experienced IAI employees. Her most significant contribution to IAI is her defined contribution background and experience.
Outside of work, Carla enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, traveling, reading and camping.
