At the beginning of December, Citrix ShareFile expired the passwords for all account users. If you are unable to log in to ShareFile, you will likely need to reset your password. From the ShareFile login page, click on “Forgot Password?” and follow the instructions. A password reset email will then be sent to you.
If you do not receive the password reset email in your inbox after a few minutes, it was likely blocked by a spam filter in your email program. First, check your spam/junk folder. If you still do not see the email, please white-list the following ShareFile notification addresses in your email program, and then try resetting your ShareFile password again.
