Penny has been with IAI since its inception in 1994. Having worked on qualified plans of all sizes, Penny has developed an affinity for the plans of small businesses, striving to make these plans fit the owners’ goals without undue administrative burdens or confusion.
When so much of our business comes through referrals from CPAs and attorneys, Penny considers a referral from a client the highest compliment. “It’s one thing for a professional to refer a client to another professional, but it’s a real indication of trust to refer a friend.”
Outside of work, Penny and her husband Mark are striving to establish native habitat on a few acres in Yamhill County – an island for wildlife in a sea of vineyards. Forest property and a log cabin in the Wallowas also keeps them busy.
