Steve Diess, EA, MAAA
Steve grew up in Salem, Oregon, and aside from short stints in California and Zimbabwe, Africa, has lived in Oregon his whole life.
Steve earned a B.S. in Math from Santa Clara University. His specialties and areas of interest include defined benefit plan design, retiree medical plan consulting, and public and private employer accounting for pension and OPEB plans. Steve loves working with clients to find the retirement plan solutions that best meet their needs.
Steve’s most significant contribution to IAI centers on business development. He is focused on building and strengthening relationships, and exploring new areas where our unique talents can be put to use.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys traveling with his family, playing outdoor sports and working on house projects.
