Elizabeth A. Moore, FSA, EA, MAAA
Libby is a native Oregonian. Her parents and all four of her grandparents were born and raised in Portland. She obtained her Master’s degree in Mathematics from Oregon State University as well as both her Bachelor’s degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science.
Libby’s specialties and areas of interest include large plan valuations, ASC 715 financial reporting, cash balance plans, and public pension plans. She loves working with her clients and understands that each client is unique with different needs and goals. She also loves the challenge of figuring out how she can best help each client.
Libby’s most significant contribution to IAI is her enthusiasm for actuarial work and for the culture here at IAI. When she started here as an employee, she knew she had found a special work environment. So much so, that she was an owner of IAI from 2005 through 2022. Now she is looking forward to working as an employee here at IAI for the remainder of her actuarial career.
Outside of work, Libby enjoys OSU Beaver Football, walks on the beach and international travel.
