Shannon Hatfield, FSA, EA, MAAA
Shannon comes to IAI from Austin, TX. She has her Bachelors degrees in Pure Math and Anthropology from the University of Texas. She joined IAI in 2023 and her specialties include plan design, administration, and accounting for public and private sector defined benefit plans and OPEB plans. As a former teacher, she likes being able to break down and explain technical topics to a non-technical audience.
Outside of work, Shannon enjoys plants, cats, and food and wine education.
