What a different world we live in now that things are starting to get back to “normal.” This new “normal” has many businesses returning to the office with a hybrid work model and the spaces that we work in will look very different. IAI is embracing the new “normal” in a new office with a new style.
Beginning June 19, 2021, IAI will be moving to our new office. We are staying in the Lake Oswego area, but our new space is looking and feeling very different. In the early days of the COVID pandemic, the shift to fully remote work was a relatively simple transition for us since we have had a hybrid work model for years. As flexible and efficient as working remotely can be, we’ve definitely been missing the impromptu conversations, the stories about our co-workers’ weekends, and the unscheduled collaboration that comes with seeing people in person. Our new space has a more communal feel while still giving our consultants an office space where they can focus on their work for our clients. And best of all, we can shift back to a hybrid work model that gives all of our consultants flexibility while also giving us the chance to reconnect with each other in person.
Hopefully, when it’s safe, we will be able to invite everyone to visit our new space for an open house. But until then, our new address is:
